At The Customise Packaging, we are committed to providing products and services that align with our client’s queries and requirements.
Defects on Company’s Side
If the delivered boxes or products fail to meet your threshold requirements and do not match the provided digital proof and samples, it is crucial to inform us within three business days of receiving your order. We take responsibility for any defectiveness identified within this timeframe. While we do not offer chargebacks, we are willing to reprint the order if the fault in the product is proven to be on our company’s side. Our highly skilled team at The Customise Packaging will assess and determine the defects in the products and boxes. If a reprint is necessary, the complete order must be returned to us within 7 days, accompanied by proper proof documentation and photographs of the defects. The client will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the order.
Defects on the Client’s Side
In cases where the defect in the product is found to be on the client’s side and a chargeback is desired, the complete order can be returned to us. However, it’s important to note that the chargeback will be issued after deducting the following costs:
Shipping costs incurred by our company
Products setup fee
Printing cost
Billing cost
